Summary of events marking the 40 years of 1967's war

The middle eastern division of the Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army took part in the events marking the 40 years of the Israeli occupation of the West-Bank and Gaza (http://www.kibush.org).

The week included demonstrations and direct actions in order to bring the occupation from the OT to Israel.
The Smile liberAtion Front managed again to prove that we can deliver the message that we can struggle even if we are smiling, and that the way of struggling against the occupation is not less important than the final goal- the end of the occupation.

The clowns took part in the critical mass against the occupation in Tel Aviv. The clowns blend in and danced, following the rhythm of the samba drummers.

In addition, the clowns created a crazy block of smiles as part of the big demonstration in Tel Aviv, Saturday night, June 9th.
The clowns managed to amuse bored policemen, and one the cops even retired from the Israeli police and joined the Smile liberAtion Front.
